Responsibilities:

This is the kind of exciting opportunity that rarely comes to the market. It requires hands-on management of a young, highly-driven team, whilst leading by example in identifying, presenting and closing sales. You will be motivated in:

  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle:  from initial engagement, qualification, proposal writing and presenting, closing, post-order account management and development.
  • Performing regular presentations / demonstrations to clients online through weekly webinars / webcasts.
  • Actively exploring a range of sales channels, from face-to-face meetings through to picking up the telephone to approach new prospects.
  • Working with partners, affiliate’s and off-shore resellers to ensure a consistent sales process, overseeing best practises in sales generation to maximize our channel partner potential.
  • Forecasting and analysis to ensure that the role is delivering expected revenues and that inefficiency in the sales process can be identified early and dealt with incisively.
  • Proper management of existing and potential client portfolio, plus efficient time management: ie, actively planning to contact leads and setting of daily/weekly call and meeting schedules, whilst maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Tracking all activities, tasks and actions within the HiringBoss CRM, and ensuring that the team follow suit.
  • Offering clear and unfettered communication with HiringBoss colleagues and senior management.
  • As part of the launch sales team this role’s input is invaluable and we anticipate your creative input and ideas.

Requirements.

Experience and Skills:

  • Intimate knowledge of the HR/Recruitment industry with a developed network is essential
  • Minimum 10+ years of working experience (2-4 years for consultant level)
  • Minimum of 3+ years within a similar IT sales or HR sales or recruitment role.
  • Ideal candidate will come from a recruitment, HR or job board sales background, although strong sales professionals are welcome.
  • Experience within a technology or business services company, ideally with a client base largely centred on the Asian services sector.
  • Experience in out-bound sales environment.
  • Experience in field sale, face-to-face selling and a customer orientated environment.
  • A proven track-record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent phone manner and present ability,  with direct cold-calling experience.
  • Native Japanese language (for Tokyo Office), fluency in English as mandatory. Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages a distinct advantage

Compensation:

  • Negotiable - dependant on experience.
